Well besides taking the throttle bodies off and the computer you may have to put a new ignition system on it as well. I know the computer and the ignition must work together but not sure if the ignition can work without the computer you would have to check into that. Also you may need a new throttle cable any triple XLT cable would work fine. As far as jetting goes every sled is going to want somthing else. I would recomend starting with high 300 main jets and see how it runs. The jetting is probly going to be mainly trial and error just to play it safe. good luck

Or...........you could just trade up. If your sled is in nice shape--trading it in for a newer carbureted model shouldn't cost too much more........and will take a ton less time.
