Absolutely. And if had happened in the US, the old lady would be suing her for ten million bucks. I wish a good lawyer would convince grannie to sue the as- off Denise Richards - petulant, spoiled wannabe! At least grannie's heirs wold have some cash and Denise's kids would have proof that she is an unfit mother/example. Maybe Charlie Sheen should step in an get custody of the grandkids!!

Not necessarily. They said the senior citizen just had minor injuries on her arm, and will not press charges.
The laptops will be paid for by the production company, and all parties involved have agreed to settle the matter civilly.

The only difference between her and a regular "Jane" is that this story made it on the news. If it were a regular Jane, no one would even have heard about it.

Yes and No her situation would only have occurred if she was famous. So if she were a regular Jane she would not have been bombarded with papprazzi with which she had to take desperate measures!

She should be charged, but she's not because she's famous. If she'd been a normal person she'd be charged. Rather unfair if you ask me.
