Only when it is really bright blue eyeshadow and too much is put on. Not poisonous, just really ugly

No, but for a while there, fashion made it sound like it was. There was such a malevolent campaign against the blue eyeshadow, putting it down because it was old fashioned, that using it reflected the fashion of the 50s, 60s and so very dated and aging.
Just dont put too much blue eyeshadow. A little will go a long way

I do not think it is poisonous, but if you put a thich eyeshadow, it would look very ugly and some would fall into your eyes and you know how it would feel right?

Not at all. But remember to wash it off at night but sometime even you wash off, there will still be some blue powder on your eyes which you cannot see. I suggest you to buy a cotton and put the wear off make up thing. it works!

Sure, if you eat it. If you weren't planning on doing that, however, it should be fine. If you are allergic, of course, that's a different story. If you get an allergic reaction to any makeup or skin care product, discontinue use immediately. Otherwise, blue eye shadow is fine when used as intended.

Eyeshadows are safe (I'm assuming you aren't eating them or anything?)
VERY OLD makeup could be a problem, but assuming it's less than 10 years old, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

All eyeshadows are poisonous...they contain talc, which is a carcinogen. Look it up...
