I had my period "late" a couple days and it lasted only 3 days when it came. The third day was a brown light color and not much fluid at all. Now its the 4th day and I dont need to wear any protection. What's up with that?

If I took a test now, would it be accurate? When should I take one?

Sounds like you had implantation bleeding to me.
Normally you get it a couple days before or after your due period.
I had it with both my pregnancy's the 1st time, the bleeding only lasted 12 hours, and lightly spoted for 3 days.
The 2ed time, I bled for 3 days though light and had brown spotting for another 2 day.
Go to the store and buy a pregnancy test or go to the Dr.
If you are pregnant you are far enough along for a test to show it, though if negative from a at home, you still may want to take
another test in 2wks or go to the Dr to be on the safe side.

I have periods like that all the time. But just to put your mind at ease go to the Dr.

Could be possible implantation bleeding.. i would take a test just to be on the safe side.

I don't know how old you are, but until I hit my late 20's my period seemed different every month!

I wouldn't worry to much about it, but if it happens again next month, you might want to check with your doctor.

sometimes, when you're trying to conceive, these things happen. Does'nt necessarily mean you're pregnant.

I THINK YOU SHOULD TEST. if you are pregnant, than the test would show.
