I, a fourteen year old, have liked classic rock from conception, and I mean that quite literally.

I remembered a part of Echoes (and I am you and what I see is me) and I kept adding it to the end of Time for some reason. I never knew why. I had never heard Echoes until I was twelve when it suddenly clicked- I had known it all along!

My mom told me it was because she used to play Meddle when my kicking and squirming got unbearable, and that it would always calm me down. However, she also said that the copy of Meddle had tumbled to the floor during the rush to the door when my mom was in labor, where it sustained numerous scratched and was rendered unplayable.

They hadn't been able to find a copy until I got one for my twelfth birthday. I turned it on to play, and my dad told me to turn it to Echoes. I did so, and I heard that phrase several minutes in.

I remembered something from the womb, I think. Is it truly possible?

It's not a deja vu' case, this is fact. When I was ten and eleven, I kept thinking that the last line of Time should be that mentioned line, although I knew it not to be. It was exactly like it- musically, it was different, I admit, but the rhythm and lyrics were exactly the same.

Come to think out of it you were actually born way before your actual physical birth on your conception, while your emotional being takes times you mature you can experience them for real after fifth month onwards. Mental body takes little longer to mature, but through all that you soul is always there aware of all that is happening to you, as it has been for so many life times, though upon birth most people forget to correlated to these early childhood memories, that’s all.

Our real birthday would be the day we were conceived. On our physical birthday, we merely step out of what was our home for first nine months of our life, so we remember all that we went through during those times good or bad, some people have extensive memories while some have vague or scattered memory of that period that’s all.

I as quickly as examine an editorial that declares that we don't bear in innovations the previous however the destiny. If the lion just about killed us, we would desire to bear in innovations - sooner or later - to be greater careful whilst around lions. this is not proper if we bear in innovations precisely what that lion looked like. because of the fact of this we usually have very undesirable memory; something it is often verified in court trials the place distinctive witnesses won't be able to agree concerning the activities. the issue is: we bear in innovations in basic terms what's significant to stay to tell the story. And in that appreciate, there is little to income and bear in innovations whilst interior our mom's womb. Nature additionally supplies us the regulation of the least attempt: We do not something with out reason. capability is to not be wasted. As mentioned above, i don't think of all people can incredibly bear in innovations something previously the age of three. even though it does not advise that not something is located out previously that. as an occasion, from the 1st day of our delivery, we learn how to co-ordinate strikes and imaginative and prescient, as we attempt to seize issues. that's our theory of the three-d international, lots mandatory to stay to tell the story. So, we learn very early, and consistent with hazard somewhat, in our mom's womb ... yet we don't bear in innovations it because of the fact it does not practice us better for the destiny.

it is, but only if something goes wrong in your mind.

in evolutionary terms, you're not supposed to remember anything of the womb or of your first years in life while you assess what kind of situation you're in.

being born is already quite a traumatic experience and entering the world is such a nasty shock to the system that you need all your efforts and energy to concentrate
on what is at hand. I think there must have been babies that remembered their births right at the beginning but evolution picked them out because their minds harbored irrelevant, useless information that might have even been harmful to them more than just cost-benefit wise.

your brain is supposed to clear the years you don't need to remember from your mind to prepare you for newer, more necessary things, but very many people remember and are affected by things from their baby-hood especially songs and rhymes (sometimes faces) and voices.

my gran's nursery rhyme can still put me to sleep in very short order... it was that boring!!

I believe babies can remember things from before birth i.e. in the womb. I don't have any specific memories myself but have talked to friends who did. Good things but bad things too.
I personally was born 5 weeks late. Really really late. My mother was at the doctor's office and told them she thought she'd be pregnant forever, and they tried to just say she probably had miscounted the number of weeks, but she told them to look up when the pregnancy test had been done. So they did, then they freaked out and delivered me c-section really quick. But anyway, my point was that I think I could tell that life was pretty messed up in the world around me (my mother) and I was trying to wait till it got better.

I guess the lyrics were kind of "implanted" while your brain was still forming. Really cool!!
My hubby has memories of being born. He has a nightmare, that's very claustrophobic, where he's going through a dark tunnel with a light at the end. He feels very scared in the dream, and he wakes up extremely freaked out.
So I totally believe you!

While I'd love to say yes..

Research tells us that it is not possible to remember anything that happens before your first birthday. Supposedly the brain goes through some major changes where whatever happens to us before that time <>.. disappears.

The thing is though, people believe what science has proven to be untrue (unfounded, whatever).. so there's no reason why you should stop believing in your (what psychologists call "false memories") memories, especially if they bring you happiness (or make you feel that they 'explain' some part of your life..

I believe the child can hear inside the womb and feel emotions the mother is going through ...As far as remembering ,I don't think that's possible...I'll have to do some research on that.

It isn't very likely because when you are in the womb, the wrinkles in your brain aren't really there yet, and that is what is in charge of the things you learn and remember. But who knows, maybe you can. I'm not an expert.
