It's totally normal, and you'll get back to where you were soon after the baby is born. Not right away, and maybe not ever exactly the same as you were, but close!
I had the opposite problem in my first few months, but then I didn't want it anymore, and I had the same problems you are experiencing with lubrication. And then when I hit the third trimester, my sex drive bottomed out and didn't start to return until after I stopped breastfeeding.
Everyone is different, and so is every pregnancy, so don't be surprised if you have the opposite problem (you want it all the time, constantly) with nubmer 2!
Good luck and congratulations!

Im 20 weeks pregnant with my 4th and Ive never had that problem, but everyone is different and Im sure it will return to normal once the baby is born. Hormones will do crazy things all throughout the pregnancy.

this is normal. AND honestly I found I did not start producing enought of my own natural lubricant Until I was done breastfeeed ing at 9 months. But if you choose to bottle feed your still looking at a good 406 months until all the hormones that you are accumulating NOW leave your system.
Lube is gonna be your best friend for the next year

Believe me, everything down there changes. I had NO sex drive after the first few weeks of pregnancy (my poor hubby). Having to use extra lube is totally normal. My sex drive did come back, actually better than before! We actually didn't wait the full 6 weeks, we cheated at 5 weeks. I had a csection though and I'm sure with a vaginal delivery it's different because of episiotomies, etc.

I am 28 weeks pregnant, and must say that it is harder for me to reach orgasm. I really don't have a problem getting wet, but it is much more difficult to get aroused...

I think that is very normal, I had the same peoblem with my 1st 2 pregancies, I am too early (6 weeks) to experiance that yet. But even when I nursed it was the same, so we stocked up on ky, lol.

sounds very normal....unfortunately your body changes so much and take along time to bounce back....BUT that little bundle of joy is worth it! you just have to be a bit more creative.
congrats and good luck.
