2000 dodge grand caravan, how do I fix the heater fan?

When I start the van the heater works some of the time then some times it does not work at all. does any one out there know if it is a fuse or a switch problem. Thank you and I will wait to hear from everyone

This sound like a short to ground to me. Possibaly a bad switch. Good luck.
