I find myself saying that, too. Why are we scared of powerful women, but not scared of powerful men? For instance, I never called Bush scary even though I consider him a megalomaniac. What is wrong with our thinking?

Mainly because men want to be and mostly think they are the "leaders" in the relation; when a strong woman appears, they are afraid they would loose their superiority and that scares them!
