This song is called U and Dat and it's by E-40 featuring T-Pain and Kandi G. It's also in this really funny Amp'd mobile commercial where the guy is rapping this song all alone in the bathroom and someone walks in.

First of all No, not all rap songs say that. Second, the song is U and Dat by E-40, TPain, and Khandi. FYI: the song is old as hell now.
