You could keep your bathing suit in your school locker, and take it out the class just before gym. Change into it in the bathroom between classes, so that when you arrive for swimming, you already have it on under your clothes. This way you also don't have to wear it all day long.
Just keep a big teeshirt in your locker and put it on before you take of your bra and undies. You can easily change underneath it into a bathing suit.
I also agree with the person above who said just to wear it to school. If you swim everyday, then get more than one bathing suit so that you're not wearing the same thing each day. Once you are done swimming, take a towel to dry off and change under.

I usually put on my swimsuit at home, wear my clothes over top and put my underwear in my swim bag. That way, I can just strip out of my clothes, grab my towel and head for the water.
If you don't want to do that, most change areas have private rooms you can pull a curtain across to give yourself privacy.
If there aren't any private rooms, wear a long t-shirt to the pool that covers your bottom & a pair of pants/shorts/whatever. Pull off your pants & panties, then step into your swimsuit and pull it up to your waist. Slip your arms out of the shirt and take off your bra. Pull the swimsuit up, put your arms into the holes, then take off your shirt. You're in your swimsuit and you haven't exposed yourself. (=

All girls usually either wear their swimsuit under their clothes or change into their swimsuit in a bathroom stall.
I have done this myself. Nobody changes out in the open.

Wear it under. (although if it's your competition suit it can be very uncomfortable...)
You could also wear a long or baggy sweatshirt that would help cover.
If you feel that uncomfortable just go to the stall or use a towel. You'll attract less attention that way than if you trip over your clothing.

I wouldn't care how strange I look changing with a towel around me. Why should anyone be looking that close anyway? If they are then maybe you do need to hide to change.

Well, I'm a student in the operating room right now. We change clothes in open locker rooms all the time. I've seen a alot more of my colleagues than I please and vice versa. Just change quickly and keep your eyes to yourself. There's nothing to be ashamed of.

can you put it on before you get there?
i have issues with showing my body to the general public and i don't care if they think it's strange. people have different comfort levels and others need to respect that. i always try to have it on before i go then i can just take off my outer clothes and not worry.
