Take the original # which in this case is 8116 and subtract it for the new # which is 44416, and you get 36300. Take the result which is 36300 and divide it by the original subscriber base which is 8116 and you get 4.47.

You can then put that into % terms by simply multiplying 4.47 times 100 and you get 447% increase
