mine used to hurt too...I bought a new pair of tennis..like Nike air each year...it has to be every year because your shoes lose bounce.
You could use dr sholls inserts to cushion your feet...ask a peodiatrist about your arches.
Another thing to try is cranberry, strawberry and cherries every day..sometime people get gout because of so much urea in ther system...you could start with canned or fresh cherries..you must eat about a cup a day...
The old people believe in Apple Cider Vinegar..1 ounce twice a day will help remove spurs from your feet.

Yes, my feet hurt a lot. Seems like I've always had the problem and I have spent a fortune on shoes and most of them hurt my feet. I do only buy and wear Birkenstock fron QVC, they're the cheapest and I hav them for years...they are well made. i wear them all yr with socks, I have a pair of clogs for winter outside. Now, I finally found a brand of sneaker that I can wear, Sketchers. They seem to be a little wider, the arch is in the right place. So, they have lasted n=me three yrs and I have washed them at least 8 times and they look great still. So, that's what helps me. also, I soak in salt water when they really hurt. good luck. Any peppermint or lavender soak feels good too.
