Just the other day at school, all of a sudden I had to go to the bathroom extremely badly. I made it there, but just barely. It was really embarrasing, and there were no signs before that. No urges no nothing! I just had to go! And this has NEVER happened before. Please! What is going on with me?!

13 yrs old and Male in case it has anything to do with puberty?

Please help!

Men can get over active bladders too, or even kidney or urinary infection that would cause you to have to go real bad and very frequently. It has nothing to do with puberty. Keep in mind, if this is just a rare occurence then it is perfectly normal. However, if this is happening all the time then you need to see a doctor for treatment.

Brian,I doubt there is anything wrong with you,I'm 57 and can remember the just making it times. I will say that usually those times came after a noticed or not erection that then went down which of course at 13 you don't ask for,but that seemed to bring on the need for speed to urinate.
I believe it does have something to do with puberty, what? I'm not sure, what were you doing when this happened,if it was something that had your complete attention you might have just missed the I gotta go know signs.
I wouldn't worry about it,you'll get passed it,if it continues you must
see your doctor,but you'll be fine.good luck.

Perhaps you were just concentrating and missed the "urges".

Either you just ignored the call of mother nature or else you had a bladder spasm. I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes a regular thing.

Another possibility is that you may be on the verge of becoming a diabetic. Lets hope not, but one symptom is pee, pee, pee and the other is drink, drink, drink. Do any of those apply?

I think you will be ok. Just watch it closely. Good luck. Pops

Has it happened again? If it's a one time thing then don't worry about it, it happens to a lot of people. If it continues to happen then see a doctor you might have an over active bladder.

Nothing to do with puberty. Sometimes you just really have to go and that's the way it is. Not to worry.

HEY, KIDDO DONT GET PANICED. I HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THAT AT YOUR AGE. LOTS OF THINGS SET MY BLADDER OFF. LAUGHING, WAITING AFTER JUST THOUGHT THAT WAS AFTER I STARTED TO RUN TO THE BLADDER PALACE. MAYBE CK WITH DOCTOR BLADDER INFECTION COULD BE THE CAUSE TOO.
