Man this is tragic. I know that death is a part of life but, man. I hate death. I don't wanna die. :( Any thoughts?

You forgot R&B singer Gerald Levert who died of a heart attack in his sleep. He was 40yrs old. He was also the son of Eddie Levert who is one of the members of the O'Jays. Bad things happen in three's. Everybody's gonna died we just don't know when. So enjoy life as much as you can. Go travel and have more fun with your family and friends.

If Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Trans-Fat) is a proven slow killer, why is it so prevalent in the American diet? McDonald's is still cooking food in it. Store bought cookies and cakes are still loaded with it (disguised as Shortening or Margarine). But the stuff is a slow poison.
