where would you go? what would you do?
I'm sorry those are just mommy questions coming out.
I don't know what would drive you to make such a drastic decision, but please re-think it. Living on your own - or even with "friends" at age 15 is really not fun.

It's usually not "legal" until you are 18 unless you apply for and get an emancipation through the court's. You can leave home at 15 or 16 but the police cannot usually force you to return home, but the courts can. At 16 get's iffy due to right's. At 16 unless you are given an emancipation you cannot legally enter into any type of binding or contractural agreement (rent, utilities, etc). Which would leave you hard pressed to make it by. I don't know your situation and I won't preach but keep in mind that at 15 you really don't have a clue as to what the real world is. Don't be in such a rush to grow up, it sucks out there and you will have many year's to deal with it. none the less good luck and use your head above all else be carefull.

I think that you should talk to a councilor in your school or Talk to a close friend if you are getting hurt at home you should go to police right away and they would help you find a nice home.If every thing is okay at home other than you don;t like the rules than you will have to wait until you turn16 and if you are adopted it is 18years old be for you can leave.Hopefully you will decide as soon as poss able what it realy is;Good luck and say safe.I can;t beleive that they what you to move. They are legally responable for you until you are 16-18yrs old .The laws change on that issue from time to time.

Who are you planning on moving with first of all? and now to condone this but there is this process in which one can emancipate themselves from their parents. If thats what you want to do. Now, im not quite an adult yet, but im older than 15 and i don't suggest that you move out just yet.

You are still too young. Why are you in hurry of moving out. Stick to your parents. Parents are the most safest place for any girl or a boy. This craz of moving out leads to such valleies, where there are no ways out to the peace and comfort.
Therefore, please concentrate to your education, prove that you can achieve some goals, bring light to your life thru education. Forget these low level ideas of moving, dating, bf,gf etc.

depends on the situation. in most cases, no. and if you get into any kind of trouble or the police become aware - your parents will be put in jail for not taking care of a minor.
at age 16, you can attempt to become emancipated but there are several conditions/requirements you must meet PRIOR to any judge considering it.

no, you must to go Court to get yourself Emanicpated. however i think that when you got emanicapted, your parent will unable to support you, as in cannot help you in anyway, like money, food, clothes, shelter, and any else, unless the court approves that your parents can support you if you got emanicpated.
Yes, this option does EXIST, but its the Court desicion to let you be emanicpated or not. what ever the issue you have with your family, its the courts descion
