Stop stressing about it. When its on your mind all day your body can really get out of whack. I once heard of a girl that was so convinced that she was pregnant that her body actually thought so too, she came up positive on pregnancy tests. When her stomach hadn't grown after several months, an ultrasound revealed an empty uterus.
If blood tests come back negative by now I don't really think there is much of a chance of you being pregnant. I would be concerned about why you are missing your period but aren't pregnant. Talk to your doctor about that, it might just be stress but it could be something else also.

Well I think it would be safe to say that at the time you had all of these blood tests and pregnancy tests come back negative and a doctor told you that you weren't pregnant... that you were NOT pregnant. Since then... I couldn't say. Did you have unprotected sex in October? Go see your doctor again. I've heard of women so desperately wanting to be pregnant that they actually have false pregnancies.

Weird period, sore breasts, nausea, frequent peeing, and fatigue are all symptoms of early pregnancy. Insist on getting a quantitative hCG blood test from your doctor as well as an ultrasound exam in order to get to the bottom of this.

Ask for an ultrasound. They don't lie and there is no way to not see a fetus on the ultrasound. If that is negative, then something hormonal is going on and I would request a workup. Good luck!

Wow, that's unusual. LOL The 3 times I had those symptoms a baby was born less than 9 months later! LOL
How old are you? If you "older"...it could be menopause, maybe.
Otherwise...you have got to be pregnant!

Wow, sounds to me like you need to keep having unprotected sex until you are pregnant. Then you can say " I told you I was pregnant!"
