Try and wear a tank top underneath your shirts, so that you always have something covering most of you. Then take a big t-shirt, and put that on-that can be your gym shirt. Otherwise, just put your gym shirt on, and then pull the tank top off under neath it. I like the big shirt idea, because it covers your butt too, so you have nothing to worry about!

Oh, and a health dose of confidence helps too! Everyone has flaws, and no one is honestly totally happy with themslves! You are going to have flaws, own them! everyone does!

Hmm, sugegsted seeing if possible to get positioned ner a corner of the room - or at least facing a wall. As you go from top to swimwear just face corner / wall.

When going back, much the same, but a nice big towel you can "wrap dry" in - then again turn your back on others, face your corner again and finish the changing.

I guess you could also get changed in the loo but it might look a little strange.

For speed / convenience, when I used to go swimming, I used to already be wearing swimming trunks (guy here not girl), so when trousers were off, already had trunks on. If you use a two piece, youmight at least be able to speed up the initial changing?

why are you afraid of your stomach? stretch marks? a little overweight? if overweight, don't worry about it unless you are morbidly obese. women with a little pooch are sexier than those with perfectly flat stomachs. look at all the old school paintings of women from back in the day. they ALL had some belly, and they were considered quite beautiful, and still are.

stretch marks, well, not much you can really do about them, unless you tattoo over them. go for a flame theme.

Stomach, smumach! Self acceptance of your body image is necessary to build self-confidence and self-esteem.
Don't try to hide "it", that will automatically attract interest.
There is more likely to be a locker room full of imperfect bodies around you. (Unless you're changing in Hugh Heffner's mansion!)

Wear gym clothes underneath your clothes. Atleast the top if you don't want to show your tummy, so all you'll have to change is your pants. If your gym doesn't have curtains. Run to the bathroom change in there. Solved. Good luck!!

Ok, everyone has a stomach....got that.....does that help, and if you feel badly at first, go to the bathroom...perhaps you have your bathroom stuff with you and change there...it won't work for long...but sometimes we all need our privacy.

I would always face the wall, wrap the towel around me, and I would put on my shirt over the towel, then I would pull the towel out from under my shirt and. . .viola!!!
