Oh wow I remember when parents freaked out and thought the bracelet would break and the kid would slit there own wrist by accident. They are usually called slap bracelets and you can get them from places like oriental trading which has a website.

They're called slap bracelets, you can get them at Party City, Target, and claires. Just ask them where their slap bracelets are kept.

I remember those! I thought that they were just called slap bracelets... and back in the day you could get them anywhere... even the grocery store!
A family member of mine is a buyer for party goods stores and receives orders for them from time to time (that's how I got my kick-a$s zebra print one) so try checking out party supply stores. It'd probably be with their goody-bag stuffers (like rubber balls, and bubbles).

SLAP BRACELETS.
Im pretty sure they are not sold anymore because they are made out of metal and in the past the metal has cut children.
