The worst thing about being pregnant is how your body looks after delivery (but it gets better!) and the nicest thing is feeling and seeing the baby growing inside of you! It's truly a miracle from God!

I'd say the worst thing about being pregnant doen't happen until about the last few weeks of pregnancy - the anticipation, the desire to get it over with already, and the fact you have to pee every two hours... ;)
The best thing that occured while I was pregnant was the extra special attention and courtesy from others that I experienced. Maybe I was just lucky, or have really thoughtful friends, but others would open doors, bring me flavored water to drink and call just to see if I was ok. I even had one guy move his car because he saw I was pregnant and wanted me to be able to have a closer spot. Now, that was cool.

well so far i have found that it is amazing to feel your baby move and to just know that she's in you growing, the worst part for me is that i feel like i have been pregnant forever and i am just getting into my 6th month plus all the emotional rolloer costers, ugh thats what i am sick of and you start to feel unattractive. But like i said i think it is an amazing adventure and in the end it will be worth it. Oh yea i really hate my hair right now, it seems to be drying up and splitting, but small price to pay for a healthy baby :)

The worst thing is hobbling around during the ninth month, and all the discomfort that goes with it. The best thing is holding that brand new baby in your arms for the first time.

The very best thing about being pregnant is feeling your baby moving inside you!! I had very bad headaches while I was pregnant...but just knowing that I had a life inside me made me feel so much better...since the tylenol didn't do anything for me!

Worse thnig would have to be the really terrible back pain I got when I was about 8 and a half months..it lasted about 2 weeks and I couldn't even move off the sofa!
The best would have to be feeling my daughter move for the first time!

Worst for me is the sickness. I have a condition called Hyperemesis Gravidarum where I vomit uncontrollably, lose weight rather than gain it, and need to have an IV for hydration.
Best is the baby at the end of it all.

The worst thing for me was the fact that I had such awful heartburn. The nicest thing was I always had a captive audience for all my rantings

Nice thing(s): the thought that you are capable of supporting a life, quickening (you'll miss it post partum), pregnancy glow (smooth glowing skin), thicker shiny hair, special attention others give you. Generally, it should be the best time of your life.
Worst thing(s): nausea, hurburn, headache (sometimes), crying spells, others (varies from mommy to mommy).
