If you are getting divorced and you find that all of your joint assets have suddenly disappeared, is there a way to find them. I am guessing he has moved them to Switzerland or Canada. Any ideas? The assets were stocks and bank accounts.

You'll need an attorney. Yes, joint stuff can indeed "disappear" into places you neve thought to look. Getting a copy of your tax returns for previous years is helpful -- on it will be listed income from stock sales, and interest on bank accounts. Then you and your attorney can call those companies, and request copies of the papers. HOpe this helps....

All you need to do is prove there were joint assets and the are now gone. You show this to the court and the court will figure those missing assets as part of the divorce.

Doesn't matter if he hide them. There is proof that the were there. That is all you need.
