what do girls mean by cramps and this has somthing
to do with their period .

look dont laugh at me and make rod coments.
iam 14 years old but i dont know what it means
but dont think iam too younge. i also get my period thankx.

Young women often get cramps in their tummies duing the first few days of thir periods. This is what they are talking about. If you do not get cramps, do not worry. You are one of the very fortunate that escape monthly pain. Take care.

Ok when a girl is on her period she might be getting cramped stomach. It sometimes feels like your going to be sick (Not from the mouth) and it might hurt somtimes. But on the pluse side your period only lasts around a week and you don't get cramps each day. In fact I found out that if you get the cramps but you exercise you won't get them as bad or as much. I hoped I helped.

Hi hun cramps mean pains in the stomach this happens when you come on your period each month but for some lucky girls they do not get but for those who do taking some painkillers will soon get rid of the pain.

Hi! I've seen Mean Girls, one of my favorite movies. The movie ends with the girls splitting up from the "popular, mean" group. They all become friends, but like not always together, again, and some new girls in the grade below them became the new mean girls. It's when the muscles in your lower abdomen, back, thighs, anywhere in that area become sore from producing a homone called prostaglandin which causes the uterus to contract. Huh? Ok sweetheart..yes cramps has to do with a female's period..some feel cramps during or beore their menstraul cycle..while other girls never get cramps..you might jsut be one of the lucky ones who don't....
