Does it Seem Like Your Moon Sign Represents You Better or Does Your Sun Sign Prevail?

I am a Libra Sun but a Sagittarius Moon. Absolutely nothing in the Libra description describes me at all. But the Sag descrip. decribes me to a T. I'm not tactful in the least bit, I'm always nice and cheerful, but somehow I manage to blurt out to a conservative friend of my mother's that he looked like Mickey from Natural Born Killers when he shaved his head bald (that was meant to be a compliment). I love everybody, but I get bored easily and I gotta be on the go. Needy people and authority are so irritating, and I do what I want when I want. Too bad for them. I love doing crazy things like eating the weirdest dish on the menu at an Ethiopian restaraunt, racing cars, and I plan to go skydiving and mountain climbing as soon as I turn 18, because I like the rush. Definitely nothing Libra about it. How about you? Which do you identify with?

I feel like I'm a healthy combination of both of my signs. I have a difficult combo to deal with. I'm a Cancer sun with an Aries moon. The sign Cancer rules the moon, so it's that much more important in my chart. Having a water sun that makes me overly emotional and sensitive combined with a fiery, hot tempered moon gives me quite the interesting emotional personality. It depends on my mood which I seem to identify with more. Bad mood: Aries. Good mood: Cancer all the way :)

Here we go. I really like your question because that's what i've been telling here on Horoscope section since very long that sun sign is determined according to monthly dates whereas Moon sign changes every 2.25 days. So, according to indian vedic astrology moon sign is more accurate and even more accurate is the "KUNDALI" (Horoscope) that is preapred with a person's birth date, time and place. Horoscope prepared by this technique gives utmost accuracy in predictions.
Here, i want to say that millions of human beings are born with in a month (sun sign is determined monthly). Do all these people have same characteristics ??? think about.

libra and sagittarius actually share many similiar interests/ outlook on life. Both are free-spirited, adventurous and optimistic. . . and fun-loving. . .

from what i've just acknowledged myself, the sun-sign tells you what you stand for as a person[as it is the top-shell among all the other signs, and which we would initially ask a person at first, right? ], your moon sign describes your emotions, your mecury sign - your communication style, your rising sign- the 'image' you represent to the public/ how the public views you...

jupiter, uranus, saturn, pluto, true node, etc. is how you handle life, or how life handles you. . .

so I think before taking account of all these other planets, the sun sign, is above else, the one that determines who you are/ what you stand for... your beliefs... and the houses to which your planets are located in should also be taken into account. what house is your sun in? [http://www.astro.com ] Houses are specially the part where it helps to tweak your sun-sign in areas it is perhaps unskilled at, for eg; as your sunsign is in libra, you may be known as an indecisive person... but "if" you have your house in the 10th house, which represents the sign of capricorn, then your 'indecisivness' would be calmed or lowered down. . . as capricorns are known for their organised and ordered nature . . .

Maybe your ascendant is Sag as well? There is probably some sort of strong conjunction somewhere in your chart that allows your moon sign to be so expressed. There could be a strong possibility that your ruling planet is Jupiter.

Im a virgo sun, aquarius moon...for the most part i behave like a virgo, but many of my characteristics are like aquarius, im sympathetic, eccentric, have all kinds of friends, etc.

In some people the moon sign is stronger than their sun sign.

Definetly my sun sign. Like you, it fits me to a T. My moon sign only identifies with me when I'm in certain moods.
