Sadly, the majority of buffet breakfasts are at the Chinese places and then they just open a little early for lunch.

All the places that did buffets that I know of have since shut down or changed ownership. When I'm going out for breakfast, we tend to go to Libby's (CROWDED though) or one of the other area diners. Libby's is a little more upscale and costs more though. I think it is Parkway out on Williston Road, if you can stand the wait, they do a good breakfast, are super friendly, and inexpensive. They only have about twenty booths/counter seats though so expect a lengthy wait.

You don't know how long breakfast items sit out there. It's best to get it fresh from the stove top.
