Yes, it's hard to believe, but that younger guy on "House of Cartrs" is the former popstar Aaron Carter. Can you believe that is the same guy that Lindsey Lohan and Hilary Duff once fought over? He looks like an anorexic- he was somewhat cute when he was younger. Now, I think he is nineteen, and you can hardly recognize him!!
