My daughter was sitting down and about to get off the bus, when she felt a bad pain in her ear, so she turned around and saw a kid with a blue paper clip in his hand then he ran to the back of the bus.I have called the school and they just keep telling me they will call me back. I feel like I should call the cops. She is 15. Her doctor said she has a hole in her ear drum.

Why are you still calling the school???

Your daughter was assaulted. Call the police and file a report.

Just because she saw a kid with a paper clip that ran to the back of the bus does not mean he did it ... but someone on that bus saw who did.

I can not believe the things that go on in school and the bus these days. Being a mother of a 12 year old, who I put in private school (breaking my pocket book, I might add) for reasons such as these, I would go straight to the school board. 1st, get on that bus in the morning with your daughter and let the bus driver know if he/she can not control the students on bus he should have an aid there, let him/her know you are going to the superintendant to discuss this issue. Find out who this bully kids parents are and speak with them also, don't play around. My daughter actually got migraines and bad stomach aches due to these bullys! Good luck and I will pray for you and your child right now.

If the school won't do a thing, go to the next person in line : go to the head administer and see if that will make them squirm. Show them the doctor's report. x-rays, anything that the doctor did, show them and ask them to keep it in file. If they refuse to help, go straight to the police and file charges and sue the pants parents of the child who assualted your daughter.

I hope she'll get better and you should make sure that you press your daughter for every detail : does she know her assualter? Have they had any conflicts before this happened? Anything you can think of, ask her, write it down and show it to the police.

Don't go to Judge Judy, she'll put pressure on the child, I've seen her in action. I'd freeze in fear with her around, especially if I was 15!

call the cops, then call a lawyer and have him contact the school, this is serious and something needs to be done to stop this from happening again...apparently the school cannot control what happens on the bus and they need to correct things...the person who stabbed your daughter needs to be punished for a stupid dangerous thing...do it now and get the doctors report and pics to your lawyer and the cops

I would report it to the police as well. If you didn't get immediate attention from the school, the police will get their attention. This may be the only way the parents of the child who did this, will find out. I would call the police now.

OOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH HELL YES CALL THE COPS AND GET A POLICE REPORT WRITTEN OUT.
THEN CONTACT THE SCHOOL AND FIND OUT WHO THE LITTLE ASSSHOLE IS THAT STABBED YOUR DAUGHTER.
THEN CALL HIS PARENTS AND SAY LOOK YOUR SON DID THIS AND YOU ARE GOING TO PAY OR I SUE THE SHITT OUT OF YOU.
THEN IF THEY TELL YOU TO GET LOST.
YOU TAKE IT TO TV AND GET "JUDGE JUDY" TO SORT THEM OUT! GOD I LOVE HER!
IF NOT GET A LAWYER AND TAKE THEM TO COURT
YOU HAVE EVERY REASON AND RIGHT TO DO THIS AND "WIN"!
