a good diet (of about 2000 calories) with lots of fruits and vegetables and a good exercise plan. Eliminate junk food from your diet and focus on the food pyramid. you'll want to include lots of cardio and strength training. you should exercise about 3-4 times a week for about 30 minutes. If you stick to this plan, I think you'll do well to lose the beer belly.

i wouldn't know how to lose a beer belly in three months. but i was reading the other messages.. becareful what kind of excersize's you plan to do, cause people don't reliaze you can build the muscle under the fat, instead of burning the fat. yup.. good luck. I recommend treadmill... i lost 40 pounds in two months I was surpised. I was helping my uncle lose weight, and man.. i realized one day, my pants were getting bigger.. crazy.. well anyways... good luck uhh again... man..... yea.

Beer will make you eat more, so maybe you'll have to quit drinking beer. Oh i know that's a tough one.
