Most women just wear panties with no bra. Most massage therapists are very respectful. You will be lying face down on a sheet for most of the treatment, and then when you need to turn over you will be draped with a sheet. They don't massage or go near your breasts or stomach. Wearing a bra gets in the way and you risk getting massage oil all over your bra if you keep it on.

Wearing bra (especially ones with underwire) even if you aren't pregnant has to have a limitation. Not only does it cause the toxins, which causes the growth of tumors, from your breasts to get stuck instead of getting washed out by circulation, but it also causes your muscular fibers around your breasts to be dependent with the material and can't be able to support the breast much anymore. This results to saggy breasts instead of firm ones. During pregnancy, the breasts will swell due to the production of milk in your mamariglands and, like it or not, your breasts will get loose when the milk production stops. Wearing a bra could help a bit and it also helps keep the breasts in place instead of bouncing or swaying too much (less pain). It isn't advisable for you to wear a bra all the time though. Especially NOT when you sleep! And it is good if you massage your breasts lightly after removing the bra in order to improve your circulation.

You wear whatever is comfortable for you, and if that means a bra, then you wear it. It is more common to go without any clothes, or just underwear, but the important thing is comfort. The only issue is that it may be slightly more difficult to do long strokes down the back muscles because the bra is in the way, but a masseuse can work around that.

In order to get the most benefit from a massage you really should be completely naked. There's no reason to wear anything during a massage.

No, it gets in the way and if it has an underwire, which most bras do, it can get really uncomfortable.
