3. The potatoes are mashed
4. The carrots are diced
Chemical Changes:
1. You add lemon to your ice water
2. You add cream to your coffee
3. You burn the steak, producing carbon
4. You clean the sink with baking soda

well the physical part would be the actual work.....like using your energy to stir, lift,etc. and then the chemical part would be when you are eating your food.....the chemicals in your body break down the food to turn it into glucose to give you energy and also breaks it down for the digestive process
