MOST women can't do that. it is a rare thing; not very common at all.
~Female ejaculation (colloquially known as squirting or gushing) refers to the expulsion of noticeable amounts of fluid from the urethra or vagina during sexual stimulation at or near orgasm. The expelled fluid is reported variously as:
*~Urine, possibly due to stress incontinence,
*~A clear or milky fluid which emerges from the vagina (sometimes with force), has a composition similar to the fluid generated in males by the prostate gland, and is generated by Skene's glands, or even
*~A mixture of these two fluids.
Currently, the nature of female ejaculation is rather unclear. There are only a few articles published in medical journals dealing with this topic and most have no serious data about the origin or composition of the fluid expelled. To complicate matters further, the little data available is inconsistent.

Fewer women can, than cannot ejaculate...but that doesn't mean the women that can't, don't have intense orgasms...do some research online on female ejaculation, but from what I've heard/read about it, it's something she may need to work on as well so make her a part of the experience (other than just receiving your affections)...
Even if she can't or doesn't choose to try, doesn't mean you don't rock her world...personally, I wouldn't care to at all, it just doesn't sound appealing...but that doesn't mean I can't have intense and amazing orgasms...you don't have to have one to have the other...

o.k., not everyone knows this, but women DO have a prostate. it is around the 2 inches of urethra between the bladder and urethral orifice(roof of vagina entrance basically) if you are going down on her, when she starts squirming alot, put 2 fingers inside her and rub that area also till she comes. it will most likely be clear or slightly opaque and a bit thicker than normal fluids from the area. it probably won't squirt like in the porno movies(those women fake their squirting as well as their orgasms) but some should come out. it takes practice. keep at it!!

I am answering this for my girlfriend, "squirt chick". Neither of us ever experienced this before and discovered this ability together. The first time it happend, it freaked us out, but over time we learned to have fun with it. Here's what I know. There is this thing inside her vagina that we have nick named the walnut, that's what it looks and feels like. By stimulating this, she will squirt everytime. Also, by keeping my penis inside for a while and then pulling out quickly will cause her to squirt. It also takes practice, over the past year, we have become experts. She can seriously squirt like they do in porns. I never thought it was possible, but it is at least with us. Good luck!!!

I have also read that only 10% of women can do it, but I have also read that it can be achieved by g-spot stimulation. I have only recently discovered that I can do it, which thrilled my husband, but I had to work at it. My desire to achieve this uncommon ability was more out of curiosity than anything else. Do some research and of course talk it over with your gf. If it is something she is interested in trying to achieve, it can be done. Be patient.

Hmmm...I can't really help because I can easily. Maybe clitoral stimulation will do the trick. Perform oral on her, and then how you usually do. See if that works. If not...some woman just can't!
PS. Some men can't even make a woman orgasm. You should be very happy you can!

I have done it many times, it rarely happens during intercourse, but does when using the finger/tongue/both!. Behind the clit (go up and around so to speak) this is where the spot is, it will feel like a bubble. if you continue to circulate this area whilst sucking the clit, she will have “I wanna pee feeling” if she relaxes and “pees” she will squirt! But it will not be pee, but cnm! It takes time, but it is poss!

Female ejaculation is uncommon. You hear about it more nowadays due to the porn videos that highlight this. I wouldn't be concerned, as most women will never be able to ejaculate this way. Don't believe everything you see on the porn vids, or read about in Men's magazines!

I don't know if all women are capable, but some are, that's for sure. I would imagine that all women are different in that aspect.
Here's a site I just found that seems to be fact-based and informative:
