i have this new girl at work, she is so hot, i am average, should i ask her out, or wait be friend first.. How i know she is interested?

You'll never know until you ask. It's not a good idea to date people at work though.

First of all from experience it is NOT a smart thing to date people you work with. You may not see it as a problem know but in the future you will have a big problem. She is what you said "NEW" give her time to adjust before you start persuing her. Be friends with her....she may be in a relationship and she may not want to date a co-worker. Just hold your horses and let her enjoy her job first before you act.

Try coffee or lunch break talks. Maybe you or she won't see anything further. Coffee or a beer after work might be next and, then, who knows—but be very wary of dating in the work place there are many bad things that can happen whether it goes well or goes down the tubes.

Just do invite her to go out with you. U'll see from there. Sometimes, if your not that sure you're ready to take her out for a date, serious one, then simply ask her out, there's so much fun you can do out there. It should be the start of a good friendship or maybe it should be the start of a good date.

Start from friends. Offer some help, go for a simple walk with her and if she would b interested in something more soon she should propose U something simple like shopping or she'll ask for help in situation when she could manage it easily alone.

Wait until she smiles and you....when you smile at her first, and then say hi each time you see her...that happens many times in one's lifetime...that they're attracted to those new people at work... Yes many people become attracted to people at work, and if they're married, it may be called cheating...but if you deny it and you're married..........just say I did not have relations with that woman....now where did I hear that? hmmmmm
now if I remember correctly...he was a President yes and he had a cigar...and her name was Monica...now what was his name...Bill and wasn't he named to Hill.....and weren't they from Arkansas, and isn't Hill now a senator from new york....

Ask her for a date. If you try to be friends, then someone else might ask her out and win her. Just ask her out. Be brave. Faint heart never won a fair lady.

first talk to her a little bit and get to know her flirt with her a litttle just do that then like when your in mid convo like bring it up say "hey i was thinking...maybe you know we could go out to dinner tonight?" these things take time you'll have to have some patience just get to know her better and become friends flirt a little. just go with the flow goodluck i hope i helped

you always go for what you want me ask a woman loves a man who makes the frist impression. if you have confience you should ask her out with in made that you are confident about you self. never take no for an answer okay woman love a man who is confident about their self.
