I have internet explorer 7 and have had it since the week it came out (I think). The thing is now when I go on websites like myspace, google, and youtube, It always displays websites like I copied the individual cells/parts (like the top advertisement, the site name/logo) into Microsoft word in a random order, but usually just going straight up and down. The backgrounds aren't showing up. for example, myspace has a blue curved line on one of its pages. now that line shows up as a sharp turquoiseish block. A couple of logos and site pictures show up as icons that have nothing but a small thing of white on the top left with a red X in the area. Some links don't work either. Did something change my settings or is it just a website problem, even though that's unlikely to happen to 3 major ones at the same time. If it's a browser problem, how can I fix it? I have norton antivirus, a yahoo toolbar, google web accelerator, and Mcafee siteadvisor up and running. Thanks in advance for the help.

And also, some things are basically overlapping others and it's really annoying trying to search that way

The best thing to do would be to remove IE7. It screws up many programs and functions. It will go Back to IE6.

You're obviously pretty good at computer stuff. Go to www.google.com and in the search box, type in HiJack This. It will allow you to download it for free and after it's downloaded, it will even install it to the hard drive for you. Afterwards, restart so that the new changes can take effect. Then scan using Hijack This but DO NOT ATTEMPT to make any changes by yourself as this is a very dangerous program to use if you're not familiar with all of the Windows System Files that run your computer. After the scan, copy and paste me the results and i'll be happy to look at it for you and advise you as to what you need to do to correct the problems.
