It could be many different things without knowing more info on the problem with the bumps. Try looking up info on Baby acne or Eczema and see if this is it. Hope this helps.

it could be what they call "prickly heat" its like a bumpy rash that appears when your baby is overheated. it may also be eczema. if the bumps dont go away when the baby cools down its probably eczema. But i would check with your babies dr. if they dont go away just to make sure the rash isnt serious. Good luck oh and by the way... my baby gets them all the time. Nothing big to worry about just try to keep cool.

Well, it all depends but especially if it's a newborn, it could be baby acne. My son had it really bad when he was 2-3 weeks old. He had it all over his neck, behing his hears and even on his sholders. His was really red too. I knew it wasn't a rash just because I had seen it before but if you're not sure check with your Dr. I rubbed a little expressed breastmilk on it and it helped it clear up.
