Yeah sugar, it's normal, and it's a drag...you can try midol or ibuprofen for cramps...sometimes a heating pad will help relax the muscles and feel better...
Your mood may change too, during this time...it's something most women go through...you'd think Nature would've made it less unpleasant to be a chick...
I do hope you cheer up...and remember it doesn't last too long and you'll feel yourself again.

Haha, yes, honey, it's perfectly normal... those are cramps. Your uterus is constricting to expel the unused uterine lining, and, yes, it can be extremely uncomfortable. Take some tylenol or midol or something and lay down... maybe use a heating pad on your lower abdomen, and I promise, it will get better!

yes this definatly is normal...you dont need to worry. Alot of girls get cramps when they are on their period. you can take midol or tylenol to help control the soreness and if they get really bad, you can buy some heat patches to put on your stomach...good luck!
