Santa Clause is a fictional character. However, there once did exsist an old man who cared for children alot and believed they should get gifts for being good all year on Christmas Eve. He died I guess and the tradition passed on.

I believe in him because it keeps the spirit alive in me. And it keeps me feeling youthful.
Who do you think puts the presents under the tree Christmas Eve or eats the cookies & milk?
And what about that jolly old man at the mall with kids in his lap?
If people stopped believing in santa claus, it would spoil the fun of the tradition.

No, found my parent's hiding place years ago, plus my mom cant act. She says, "Its from Santa. I have no idea what it is!" is an obvious lie. Sorry but I stopped believing a long time ago.

Yes. Because the rule in our house is, if your 5, 15, 25 or 65, you can not say anything that sounds like you don't believe, because if you don't believe, you don't get anything. Although, we don't actually know if it's true, no one has ever tested it, because no one wants to take that chance.

No... I never had a Christmas tree so I never got presents from "Santa Claus" at my house.
