i am 17 years old. i want to get a plain shirt from walmart or somewhere cheap and then im gonna put a BIG peace sign on it and write "PEACE" at the bottom in bubble letters and make it colorful and add other things to make it look very cool. i want to put a picture of Blind Melons but i dont want to over do it... what do you thinik should i or shouldnt i?

As someone who has revelled in the art of decorating cheap t-shirts, I certainly encourage you to do the same. Personally, I would keep it simple; the peace symbol would be enough for my taste, but with the word 'peace' it would also rock. As for the rest..
Are you referring to the band Blind Melon? If you have one...perhaps. I'd also add little decals and/or patches throughout the shirt if you were to do so. Again, I'd recommend keeping it simple as stated above. Maybe save the more detailed, interesting bits for a jean jacket. Have fun!

You Should! If you over do it, u over do it, who cares!?! It sounds like it would reflect ur personality, and dont let any one elses opinions matter i think it will look awesome! who knows, u could be the next designer t shirt maker who makes millions of dollas! (that would be kool!) lol good LUCK!

i wuoldn't let others discourage you if that is whatyou want. if you think that is to much think smaller than to bigger or even put stuff on the back. good luck to your shirt project.
