i have a 32a now and i don't want big boobs just maybe a 36b..

Check out this website...it has tons of info. I just did major research on the subject because I was going to get it done. I didn't do it...yet...for financial reasons. The cost varies depending on location.

The size you want to change to, probably has little to no effect on the price (unless you want to go so large the implants become costly). Prices vary per location and doctor...

Also, I'm sure the surgery varies if they go through your armpit or navel...and if they place the implant on top of, or below the pectoral muscle.

Do some research on the different ways it can be done, educate yourself, then do some research on what it costs in your area...I'm guessing $5K and up would be applicable to most places...

A friend of a friend here in Florida had a "lift and fill" last year and it set her back $10K...

I was a 34a & went to a 34C/D.It cost me £3,900 & was worth every penny,I've had 5 children & my boob's were gone,i had very low self esteem & the boob job has made me feel so much better about myself.

Any kind of surgical procedure is expensive... No doubt people are given a high price for unnecessary cosmetic things if they are wanting and willing to put money into such things...
