California. I was born in California but grew up in the Philippines. I had lived in San Francisco, Concord, San Diego, El Centro, LA, Alisso Viejo in Orange County & Camarillo. I had tasted living in different places here with my relatives. Am still finding the best environement for me.
Each city has its own beauty. San Francisco has good transportation system in which the Muni bus comes & goes every now & then. However, cost of living is higher & tax is highest at 8.5%. Concord is a very dull place, few buses but it seems so peaceful. You can study well in this area. San Diego has a beautiful climate. LA is too crowded, too traffic. You feel headache just seeing the traffic. Alisso Viejo & Camarillo have nice environments. I had seen the biggest mansions here in Camarillo. They are beautiful. There are gated places here.
