in some ways they'd be better and in others worse.

John Kerry's face is funnier looking so when he delivered bad news it would be easier to take because you'd be preoccupied with his really long face. But then again when GW tells us bad news I picture his ears flapping back and forth and him taking off and that makes things easier to hear. Also if Kerry was president the Brits would think we kidnapped him because he looks positively British.

He would still have to clean up the mess Bush created in his first term. Bush did enough damage in his first four years that the next few presidents will be hamstrung by A) his reckless spending anf borrowing, and B) his enraging the Muslim world and encouraging the spread of violent Islamism. Would Kerry raise taxes? Hopefully - how else is the country going to pay off Bush's debt? So things would be a bit better but still a mess.

We would have a plan for exiting Iraq in a timely manner, and not continued a failed policy while "staying the course". We wouldn't have alienated our allies, or allowed the oil companies to draft our energy policy or the insurance/pharmaceuticals to draft medicare and insurance bills. John Kerry is a true diplomat...he has worked globally representing America's interests, and has built bridges of trust through his works. George Bush has never built anything, and has only destroyed the credibility and prestige of the executive office. He shoots from the hip...shoots again...shoots still more...then considers asking questions if time permits. He never hesitated to engage this nation in a prolonged war for oil, and yet he himself could not serve this country in the war of his generation. He volunteered for the Air National Guard in order to avoid service in Vietnam, and his name was accepted over applicants that had higher and longer standing and consideration (because of the influence of his dad). Yet he could not even fulfill that easy committment. He was AWOL for more than two years from his ANG service (more than eleven months in Alabama, and more than thirteen in Massachussetts). He is a coward hidden in the vestiges of a bully. This country would not be anywhere as divisive nor backward had John Kerry been elected (and ALL the votes in Ohio counted).

"Why does everybody hate bush?" he's incompetent; He lies; he's a crony, he's appointed cronies (a number of that are additionally incompetent); he's tied to important corporation and has made distinctive comments that he helps rich individuals; he's screwed up our distant places coverage goals, he's nowhere to be stumbled on whilst national mess ups take place---(9-11 is the only exception); he's a goof ball who did not learn a situation approximately public conversing---or ever had the foresight to seek for suggestion from a dictionary previously utilizing or conversing a observe properly; he's centred on battling a conflict in Iraq-----somewhat than battling the conflict on Terrorism; he's screwed up some Federal investment for public colleges (he did that right here in Texas!!!!)....and so on .... and so on.... and so on "ok, he's achieved some not-so-solid issues. yet call ONE president who did not make errors." Abraham Lincoln. George Washington. Woodrow Wilson. "i in my opinion experience like he's a greater president than john kerry could have been, or perhaps al gore." you do not comprehend that....yet you're entitled on your opinion. "he's doing an exceptionally problematic job, one which i could decide to verify each and all of the basher even attempt to do, and that i think of this is commendable that he in no way gave up." Doing a problematic job is a lot distinctive from doing a problematic job properly. additionally---this is not commendable once you're obdurate with your companion and infants and distant places coverage goals. The "me first" attitude killed his legacy after the would 2003 "project finished" gaffe. "what do you adult males think of? does bush deserve a minimum of a few appreciate for the failings he's achieved good?" No. He lost my appreciate good after that speech on the plane service. This guy is, to place it mildly, a terrible guy or woman who ought to have in no way served as President of u . s .---like Jimmy Carter and Warren G Harding.

hmmm if John Kerry were President, I think the same events would still happen, he'd probably address things a ittle differently and I bet more people would like him. The US would probably be in better shape, but I think taxes will be higher and I would have more tougher times of finding jobs due to high taxes and the minimal amount of new jobs. I think I'd be a bit poorer than i am now.

Better because the house cleaning that took place this week in Washington would have taken place two years earlier.

Probably better because we would have had a Republican congress and the balance would have created better policy. The LESS government does, the better off we are, and when there are opposing parties in the Executive and Legislative branches, they tend to only pass the laws that really deserve to be passed.

Worse. Higher taxes, higher unemployment and he would have tried to appease the Islamic radicals. Who in turn would have said "thanks" and then blown us up. He is an idiot. When people say "at least he was in the military"....that is a insult to our real fighting men and women.

Actually it doesn't make any difference. The shaiit and sunni are going to fight no matter what. So the war continues until they turn it over to the UN then in an effort to stop the fighting they will do away with religion.

He is too indecisive, and he has succeeded in embarrassing his own party by stupid remarks alienating himself from his own party affiliation. If they are disowning him, over something like what just happened, what do you think it would have been like if he had become our president? I personally think he is an idiot..
