Cut: means that you have been circumcised (usually at birth) and that your foreskin has been removed.
Uncut: means that you still have your foreskin (extra skin) on the head of your penis.
To Test; pull the skin on your penis towards you. If the skin goes back, your uncircumcised and if it doesn't your cut.

If his muscles are defined or not. A man is "cut" because others can see the cut of his muscles. A man is "uncut" if you can't.

The may actually want to say 'you're beautiful' or 'you're very pretty' but he may also be very shy and instead say 'you're cute' because he may be afraid of rejection if he throws around compliments so easily. On the other band he may say 'you're cute' because of a certain way you smiled or something about your eyes that made his heart flutter and his head spin while at the same time sent a flood of blood rushing through his pants. So he says 'your cute' when he really wants to say 'you're so damn hot!!!!!'

cut means you do not have a forskin ,circumcised, and uncut means you have a forskin that covers the head of your penis and you are not circumcised.so if you do not have skin covering your head of your penis you are cut and if you do have skin over the head you are uncut.

It's talking about circumcision, which is usually done when a boy is pretty young. It's normally done in the jewish faith, but it's spread due to supposed health benefits.

cut means circumcised ( the extra skin on the penis has been "cut" off)
uncut would mean the extra skin has not been cut and there fore leaving extra skin at the head of the penis
