Excluding bats doesn't change the answer. The answer is no. Sight requires photons to hit specialized optic cells and generate a nerve signal. No photons - no nerve signal.

No they couldn't see in most cases. But Bats aren't the only land animal that used echolocation.

The ones who use echolocation may be able to find their way around but all eyes require light to see.

However some species of animals can see infrared light, which is heat. Some rattle snakes and owls can use this to see at night.
