My clutch is popping all the way to the floor and it's leaking underneath and I don't know where the Clutch Master Cylinder is to fill the fluid up and see what that does or locate the problem in general...

5 series clutch master cyl is located underneath the dash, it uses brake fluid from the brake master cyl. reservoir [the blue fabric covered hose connected to the left rear side of the reservoir is the supply tube, if you see fluid stain on the carpet or back side of under dash panel ,the master is your problem if leak is dripping under car suspect slave cyl or flex hydraulic line leak.
the master cyl is a little hard to replace the slave is not so bad but at 16yrs you probably should replace both,and look closely at the flex line for degradation; bleeding can be time consuming on this model.

your clutch master is located right below your brake master close to fender wall, stand infront of your car it located on your right hand side,clutch master work same way your break master did.

It's got to be at the end of the pedal linkage. Where else could they have put it?
