He lives in Bikini Bottom in a Pineapple under the sea. The only state he ever speaks of is Texas so we could only assume he doesn't know too much about the USA.

He would be a better choice than either party will probably put forward. Although both parties will swear by their candidate even if its Cheany or Hillary.
Mr crabs cannot help him however, he just stepped doen from his pentagon position. (admit it they had some striking similarities).

Yes, she is planning on running on the Democratic ticket in 08. Her biggest problem will be convincing Bill to wear a skirt instead of chasing them.
