i watched a movie on television in about 1999 and it was about a pregnant woman with leukemia who died after having her daughter (who i belive was called emmy). i think the opening scene took place at an office party and it ended with the dedceased woman's husband falling in love with her nurse (susan?)...any suggestions or ideas?

No never heard of it. Was it on Life Time. If so you can check the website.
