Um... absolutely.... it's called insubordination
An employee that curses a boss is not a good worker... Frankly, with that kind of attitude, your work performance must've been in the toilet too (which happens to be the reason for that raise you're griping about)
A pay raise is not a "given", nor is the amount. And it's not you that chooses the amount.

It's called insabordination. Yes, it's grounds for termination. If you don't like your raise, you are free to find another job. You need to handle yourself professionally in all situations. Your opinion of yourself can be a tricky thing. The company budget also plays a part in how much raise can be offered. Something to consider.
