What do you think about this? We are loosing are jobs to people in India and other country's around the world. I called my visa company and a man answered. He could hardly speak any English. He had all my financial stuff to do with my credit card. I asked him simple questions and he didn't even have the competence to answer my questions. I asked him what part of India he was in just to make sure that I suspected correctly and he said northern India in the Himalayas. People are always getting after the Mexican worker for doing jobs here that us Americans look down upon and all the while our jobs have went straight out of this country and went to India and other poorer counties because they can pay them way less than us. I think we should take a stand. What do you think. Don't fear the Mexican in this country fear the Eastern poorer counties that have your potential job and mine.

It is just part of the free trade economy. Labor jobs Will go where labor is the cheapest. Where we are failing miserably is not putting enough money into our schools and teaching our children the skills they need to survive today. It is quite a mess, and one the politicians really do not want to tackle because it will be so expensive and defiantly mean raising our taxes. Then we have to trust Washington to do the right thing with our money which is quite a risk. Our debt has doubled and we are going to need tax dollars to save our kids and there kids. It is quite a complicated mess, and a really good question.

More irritating then your question is what you said in it!!
Who proclaimed and which stone has it been carved into that Mexicans do the work we won"t?
They [Mexicans and seems you] say that, I have not heard an American say it yet!
Anyways the gov. and big companies are selling out....not the workers, If you haven't noticed workers are constantly complaining about it!
If they are not moving the business's they are hiring them here!

Have you ever been to stores like Wal-Mart? Usually a whole bunch of shoppers. Why? The prices. Americans don't want to pay for American labor wages. We can't have it both ways! We either support American companies with American products, or we go with our pocket book!

If you owned a business and were trying to make a profit, would you buy your supplies from the most expesive supplier? If you had a choice, would you pay a person $2 per hour or $10 to work for you?

We suck as a nation willing to take a stand. We rush to wal-mart and target to buy exploitative bargains that really arent. That is the simple answer.

Truth is: The American manufacturers, i.e., Springs mills, etc. are willing to whore themselves out for a cheaper product by exploiting the third world nations and we whore ourselves out to buy the cheaper products. Unfortunately, our congressmen have sold us out to nafta and cafta and we are stuck. Anyone who votes for one of these suck dogs who sell us out deserves the screwing that they get at the market place and deserve to lose their jobs to the foreigners who are, because of their low economies, able to produce goods that American companies can not meet. Just remember: With justice in the future these whoremongering company executives will burn in hell. Or at least, I hope they will. Buy American or do without.

Since the time of the tumultous '60's, active participance in political matters and 'walks' have been frowned upon my many americans, especially the sober working kind. It's not because we're lazy, it's because it's not 'cool'.

It's called profit, supply and demand. globalization. It's only natural. Wake up and realize that the world or the country you happened to be born in doesn't owe it to you to sustain your current life style. Tough Beans!
I know it sucks, but s*** happens!
