County assessors office online. It might take some searching but that's where it should be.

Absolutely the county tax accessors office. aka Property Valuation Assessor or PVA.

The information you seek is public record information.

Do bear in mind however that the person that resides at the address may not be the owner - therefore it would also be a good idea to find out to what address the tax bill is sent each year. That way you know how to reach the owner.

Many times the PVA will have the deed book # and page # of the property as well as the valuation on the property. All public record information - and usually free!
