I'd say he's about 20, because he is in college (or at least I think it's college) b/c Patrick goes and then decides he doesn't want to go anymore, and because they're bachelors.

If you mean by in reality about seven years old. But if you mean in the cartoon, i'm guessing in his twenties or thirties. Most likely the twenties
