Barrier methods, such as condoms, diaphragms, etc.
Or, the natural family planning, where you learn to recognize the times of the month where you would be fertile (by checking mucous thickness, vaginal temps, etc.) and avoid sex during those times.

I cant say this is a natural way but it isnt as pill or a shot. There is the patch of course although I personally wouldnt wanna use that. They also have IUD's which are small T shaped devices place inside of a womans uterus. There babies can last for 5 and even 10 years! The only natural way to prevent pregnancy is to not have sex. Sorry to burst your bubble on that one. Of course remember no birth control is fool proof. I suppose you could try the "pull out" method but that is surely not guranteed. Your chances are a lot higher to get pregnant with that method than any other form of birth control out there.

Your choices are:
Abstinence from penis-vagina intercourse
Rhythm method / withdrawal method - not effective forms of contraception
Condom / diaphragm - barrier methods of contraception are known to be quite effective (condom + spermicide is more effective than diaphragm + spermicide)
Intrauterine device - a very reliable form of contraception
Hormonal contraception - implanted or oral (The Pill)
Have a look at the wiki pages. The page comparing the various techniques is particularly good.

There are several ways of preventing pregnancy but they are not natural (other than the rhythm method and it is the least sure way). You could use condoms or get an IUD. You could get your tubes tied. Your husband could get a vasectomy.
