ok well i moved to a new school .
i didnt know anyone .
this guys asked me out i said sorry i dont really know you and some other things. [ i turned him down like in 3 seconds ]
3 months later ...
he's a wonderful guy .
I LOVE HIM .
but i guess he thinks i dont like him like i did before .
and finds us just friends i guess .
he has a new girlfriend .
but , flirts with me and rarely spends time with her ..
WHAT CAN I DO , should i say ANYTHING to him about it?

You missed out the first time and I understand why. But you should at least tell him, let him know before it gets to late. Because if you go ahead and tell him, maybe the two of you will have a chance after all!

He may think u still dont like him since u blew him off when he had ask u but he still may have feelings for u because he spends more time with u than his girlfriend. You say u love him than tell him, u never know he may feel the same way about u, but dont want to get rejected again because now he know u better and he dont want to get hurt. You need to tell him in person about how u feel about and not on the phone so you can see his facial expression when u tell him. It never does no harm to tell a person how u feel and if he doesn't feel the same way about u, at least u know u told him instead of sitting around being curious about what would he say if you told him. just be honest!!!

see my dear, i agree with you that when you any body you cannot go out with him. you were right then. you said he has a girlfriend, make sure if he loves her or not. if he flirts with you ,i think you must talk to him. i think you must express your feelings only after confirming about what he feels for you. but show him that you love him. try and ask him the reason for spending the time with his girl friend. you tell him that you must spend time with his girlfriend and see what happens.

It is up to you if you really like him love him then you should talk to him and clarify/explain the incident.I think he will understand the situation and react accordingly.Most probably his decision will be in your favour.

if you want to avoid getting hurt, then first be sure of his intentions. if he just wants to pass his time wid you coz his gf is boring then.......dont tell him anything. but if you feel he really cares then give him hints. i'm not sure if you shud confess ur love for him so soon. he might take advantage of it.

I say go for it. It never hurts to try, if he seems sort of uninterested in her and seems interested in you, why not? It's better than not trying, right? Good luck!

hang on for long enough... maybe in a couple of months he will have a breakup and then you can extend you sympathy and maybe move on with him.
