I was working 48 hrs. one week and 36 the next. Now our orders have slowed down so we have been cut back to 30 hrs. per week. This has cost me 48 hrs. in a 4 wk. time span. Can I receive partial unemployment to make up the difference? I have been employed here for 6 yrs.

I would say no.

If you have a HR Dept on site at your job ask a representative to explain the company's view on this.

Also try contacting the Department of Labor or check out the info regarding unemployment on your state's website if you are still unsure.
